Do away with sermons:

Every Christian should have equal say in discussing any issue they want to at church.

What’s the Archie Bunker traditionalist position on this matter?

Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands? He (Christ) answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. Mark 7:5-6

The Archie Bunker traditionalist believe this is communist and would say that sermons are part of the Christianity tradition.
Well, so was religous traditionalists burning falsely accused Witches (innocent victims with staged kangaroo trials) who didn’t convert and renounce witchcraft during the witch hunt era and the silencing of women at church becoming preachers or teachers, until we decided they weren’t consistent with our values.

Sermons aren’t fair when born-again believers can’t choose to speak from their heart at church or ask any question that’s on their heart. Sermons shut tithe-paying members out from being partners in deciding what issues they desire to discuss.

This is why every Christian should have equal say in discussing any issue they want to at church.

And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to enquire of God: When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and his laws. And they judged the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged themselves. Exodus 18:15-26
